Indian businessman Satish Sanpal Entrepreneur, who is the chairman of UAE-based investment firm ANAX Holding, embarked on an acquisition spree during the Covid-19 pandemic, buying land plots and properties in Dubai. Today, he is reaping the benefits as property prices in Dubai have appreciated many times amid the real estate boom. Mr Sanpal, 39, counts a mansion in Dubai Hills that he bought off-plan as one of his best investments to date.
