Karman cannulae are flexible and soft, medical-grade plastic tubes used by gynecologists along with the manual vacuum aspiration syringe to perform uterus evacuations, handle cases of early pregnancy loss and perform biopsies on the endometrium. They are designed with smooth and rounded tips that prevent any damage to tissues while passing through the cervix. They are offered in different sizes ranging between 4mm and 12 mm having a standard length of 22.8 cm.
