Cheese Celebration has been making cheese wheel cakes since 2014, and this bespoke service walks you through the whole process. It starts with a chat about your plans and colour scheme, then a private tasting of up to 10 artisan cheeses, held in the Rozelle shop, at your home or online. Once you’ve chosen, you get a personalised quote based on your style and budget. On the day, the tower is prepared fresh, delivered to your venue and decorated on site with flowers, fruit or other finishing touches. Guests also receive tasting notes. It suits couples wanting a savoury or gluten-free alternative, and it works for birthdays and anniversaries too.
