With the continuous sedentary lifestyle that we are living in, it is really difficult to maintain our weight, or think about our overall well being. Sitting in the cars travelling for long hours, binge watching the TV, working on computers are some of the activities that all of us do, and thus, lead us to the consequences that in turn, impact our health in so many ways. On top of all these, we are more likely to stay engaged with our 9 to 5 job, which contributes to the same!
