Aadit Palicha is an Indian entrepreneur and the co-founder of Zepto, a rapid grocery delivery startup that has transformed India’s quick-commerce sector. Born on October 15, 2001, in Mumbai, he spent his early years in Dubai, where he completed his schooling. He was an academically bright student and pursued the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma with a focus on Mathematics and Computer Science. He briefly attended Stanford University to study Computer Science but dropped out to pursue entrepreneurship. He first launched KiranaKart, an online grocery delivery platform, but after facing challenges, he pivoted to create Zepto in 2021 with his childhood friend Kaivalya Vohra. Zepto’s 10-minute grocery delivery model quickly gained popularity, leading to rapid expansion across major Indian cities. Under his leadership, Zepto attracted significant venture capital investments, achieving a multi-billion-dollar valuation within a short span. Recognized for his achievements, he was featured in the Forbes “30 Under 30” list for Asia and became one of the youngest entrepreneurs to appear on India’s rich lists. Aadit continues to lead Zepto, focusing on scaling operations, enhancing logistics, and driving innovation in India’s e-commerce and delivery landscape.
