New Delhi. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, who is lodged in Tihar Jail, has received a big setback from the Supreme Court on Friday (August 23). The court has postponed the hearing on the bail petition related to the CBI arrest till September 5. The CBI told the court on Friday that it has filed its reply in one case, while it needs more time to respond to the other case. The court has also given an additional week’s time to the CBI to file a reply on the petition.
