In this video, we share the story of a recent patient who developed capsular contracture in both breasts, making them feel hard. She enrolled in our 5-Day FAST TRACK treatment program with Aspen After Surgery Center. Her Story: In May 2023, about five months after surgery, she noticed her left breast becoming firm and painful following a Burpee exercise. Soon after, her right breast also began to harden.
