Kashmir in December is a genuine winter destination — cold, quiet and, on a good week, blanketed in snow. Srinagar sees crisp mornings and foggy spells, Gulmarg offers the best snow odds and a busy Gondola, and Pahalgam sits in between: cold but usually reachable.
