Mahesh Ramakrishnan is co-founder and Managing Partner of Escape Velocity Ventures (EV3), a thesis-driven venture capital firm focused on early-stage companies building at the frontier of internet infrastructure and decentralized networks. EV3 has led investments in over thirty startups that are reimagining how people connect, transact, and create value across the Internet. Outside of his work as an investor and writer, Mahesh is deeply engaged in nonprofit initiatives. He co-founded Mahamaya Dogs, a Chennai-based organization dedicated to the rescue and care of street dogs, reflecting his belief that compassion and long-term commitment matter as much in communities as they do in investing.
