atthew Fella was born and raised on the South Shore of Suffolk County, Long Island. He graduated from North Babylon High School in 1995 and received his Bachelor’s Degree from The Pennsylvania State University, with honors, in 1999. He immediately attended the St. John’s University School of Law in Queens, New York where he graduated in 2002.
