New Delhi. Today is the second day of the special session of Parliament. The proceedings of the session will begin in the new Parliament House from today. All the MPs will move from the old building to the new one. Before this, all the MPs from power and opposition including PM Modi, Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi reached the Old Parliament and got a group photo taken. Photo shoot of all the MPs of Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha took place together. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will enter the new building with a copy of the Constitution. During this time, former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will also deliver his address in the Central Hall of the new building.
