I had to call an expert last year for a problem with my HP printer. Of course, he helped me within 3 minutes because it was not a problem. I wasn’t able to understand that it needs to be connected to the same network. It was so frustrating to see how easy it was. Sometimes, we have to understand that we might be experts in our fields, but we need to let everyone do their jobs.
